
Cabin Crew & CAP

The CabinCrewPSP is managed by the Centre for Aviation Psychology (CAP). CAP was founded by Aedrian Bekker and Prof Rob Bor, both clinical psychologists with decades of experience working within the aviation sector.

Established in 2016 in the wake of the Germanwings tragedy, CAP is now the world's leading advisor and supplier of peer support programmes. We provide both bespoke programmes tailored to the needs of larger operations as well as membership programmes for smaller companies.
CAP supports over 200 operators (including 7 flag carriers), across 17 countries, 8 languages and covering over 32000 pilots, 5000 cabin crew, and 1000 Engineers & Maintenance personnel.
Our peer support programmes are staffed by in excess of 100 trained peers and we operate in the following sectors:
